Fujin is one of those characters that has a puzzling personality, she has very few words to say and it is quite amusing to hear her shouting at everybody. She does have good common sense though, and she is very strong!
About her limit break, I think it is very strong! Fujin throws her pinwheel and it hits they enemy. Which leaves the enemy with 1 HP left.
Fujin is also in the garden's disiplinary commitee. You'll see her around the garden with the other members, Raijin and Seifer.
Right before you battle Seifer for the third time in the Lunatic pandora, Fujin tries to talk some sense into him. What shocked me was that, she actually talked in full sentances! I guess she just likes to shout for the fun of it. :)
